-Step 3: Contact IT/Help Desk by phone at 337-482-4357 any time of day
-Step 4: Email me immediately (lisa.leblanc@louisiana.edu) with the following information before the exam/assignment deadline: your name, course number and section (HLTH 453-001), an explanation of the problem, what you did (or are doing) to fix it, the IT/Help Desk ticket number forwarded email, the assignment you completed (i.e. if it is a paper you are having trouble submitting, attach the paper you are trying to submit to the email)
